About us
Making the human factor shine in the digital age

Our Story
Our story didn’t start in an office—it started at home. As neurodivergent individuals, as parents, as professionals who saw up close what happens when someone doesn’t fit in. And what happens when they do.
From personal experience and professional commitment, we founded Talent for a Better Society to transform the way society values human diversity, starting with the world of work. Because when talent finds its place, technology doesn’t replace—it empowers.
Mission
We promote the development of human potential in contexts of technological change. We support professionals and organizations in identifying and unlocking dormant capabilities, connecting with a new way of contributing, and creating real, sustainable, and meaningful paths of transformation.
Vision and Values
We imagine a future where technological progress doesn’t diminish the role of people, but elevates it. Where artificial intelligence coexists with intuition, creativity, and awareness. A future where diverse and complex human talent leads the change.
We believe that with today’s available technology, doing things right is no longer more expensive or inefficient. Designing human-centered solutions, adapted to people’s diversity and uniqueness, is not only possible—it’s strategically smarter. Because it unlocks dormant value, reduces wasted talent, and multiplies impact.
Values that guide us:
-
Radical respect for difference. We don’t work based on labels, but on each person’s uniqueness.
-
Trust in human potential. We believe everyone has something unique to contribute—if the right conditions are in place.
-
Active nonconformity. We challenge structures, roles, and logics that limit people’s full development.
-
Shared responsibility. Real change happens when all actors get involved: individuals, organizations, institutions.
-
Technological humanism. We champion technology that serves humanity—not the other way around.
How We Understand Technological Change
For centuries, human labor has been organized under a mechanistic model, where people have been treated as replaceable parts in a chain. As technology has evolved, it has gradually taken over each of those links, pushing humans toward increasingly complex tasks… until those, too, become automated.
But we believe technological change can be much more than efficient replacement.
Emerging technologies invite us to rethink the ambition of organizations—not to do the same things faster or cheaper, but to create truly new value.
In this new landscape, humans can and must take on roles that cannot be replicated by machines—roles that bring vision, ethics, sensitivity, creativity, or intuition. It’s no longer about optimizing chains. It’s about unlocking human potential to build a new model of value.
Our Team
We are two complementary profiles who have joined our paths to support real and meaningful transformation processes.
Together, we bring two essential dimensions to transformation: strategic vision with a professional focus, and deep guidance with a human-centered approach.
Our collaboration combines doing and being, aligning results with purpose for deep and sustainable transformation.
Our Board of Trustees
We are supported by a board of trustees with expertise in strategy, technology, and responsible management. Their independent perspective and ethical commitment strengthen our work and our capacity for action.
